Music is an art form of short and crisply as a harmonious sound. Music is divine and touches the lives of one who gives and the one who receive it. It is a shortest path to reach the God. The music which pleases our ears has harmony, pitch, rhythm, tempo and melody. The sound of music has the power to heal, soothe, transform an individual and elevate and bring eternal bliss. It is an easy way of communication to carry out the information's to the entire country as well as to the downtrodden people. This art got its birth at Gurukulam education and now reached at research level in higher institution.

Duration of the Course - 4 years - (Eight Semesters)- CBCS Pattern

Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) is being awarded to the students who wish to procure degree in the field of Music by choosing any one of the above subjects as their Main Subject.

Eligibility for Admission:

Pass in Higher Secondary Course (+2) or its equivalent 10th STD with 3 year Diploma in concerned subject.
Age Limit: upto 23 years (Relaxable upto 3 years for SC/ST Candidates)
Selection Procedure: On the basis of the marks obtained in the Aptitude Test conducted by the Institution.
Sale of Application: Application will be used upto 30th June of every academic year.
Last date for submission of Filled in Applications: 2 nd week of July.
Interview and Selection: 3 rd week of July.
Academic Session Starts from 1 st week of August.

Visual Arts

Visual Art means, the art which is penetrating in everyone's eyes visibly. It concerns primarily with the creation of beauty by expressing one's own emotions, sensations, feelings in simple and attractive way and the creations could be seen visually.

Dance

It is an traditional art of moving the body in a rhythematical way in accordance with the music and lyrics to express an idea or narrate a story. It is one of the oldest art forms being found in virtually in every culture. It is a channel of communication to express the feelings, emotions, sensation and humor without word.
